+++University Items
I have added a few files to start with the University version of the trashed set.. Now as you will see these items are not as trashed as they are really used.. I decided to tone it down a bit for the shower microwave coffe pot etc.. think of it more as i created this in shop class version of items

They have been created with SimPE version 30.1899.5773 I tested them ingame and they work fine for me..
