This was one of the first mods I made, but I made it with the mod generator- a program which was apparently, and unbeknownst to me, completely outdated.

As a result, it did not function properly. Despite this, it was quite popular! Hopefully this one will be more popular, since it works properly :p

But now I know how to do it right, and I did!

This has been tested and is functioning in Sunset Valley, Riverview, AND custom hoods. I have listed it as in-testing just in case.

Here's how it works:

Investment cost: 50
Money earned per week: 250, 350, or 500 (Your choice)
Money stored: 250, 350, or 500 (This means that the money kept at the city hall wont stack. If you miss a week, you miss a week.)

Cost to buy out: 100,000
Money earned per week: 20,000
Money stored: 40,000

Artists, homeless sims, divorced sims, sims who need a little help. This is for them. You sim goes in for an hour or so to fill out 50 dollars worth of paperwork, gets an investment certificate, and can come weekly to collect their money after 9AM on monday.

.rar contains ALL THREE flavors! Only use one! Will probably conflict with any mod which alters city hall. If you have the old version of this, be sure to remove it!
