Well I haven't uploaded anything for awhile, I decided today to upload this lot which has been in my game for some time. I was inspired to create this from American suburbia. This house is similar to many you might find on the outskirts of many of America's cities, in the suburbs. Okay, so most houses in the suburbs don't have a small pond/creek in their not-so-spacious backyards, but I took some creative license with that particular aspect of this home

House Layout:

-4.5 bathrooms
-Spacious back patio with hot tub
-Pool and pond
