This is my very first upload to MTS, though I have been creating my own homes for my sims for a long time.

I hope you enjoy this wonderful home I have created. The 30x40 lot has a one car garage with a work area. A large pool with lounge chairs and an outdoor table for those summer bar-b-ques. There is also a play area for the kids.

Inside there is a lovely large eat in kitchen, and living room. There is also an office and master suite on the lower level. Upstairs we have three bed rooms along with a full bath and family room.

This house comes fully furnished.

This lot has NO CC and has been sims tested.
