More Frequent Burglars in 5 Flavors

One thing that always bugged me about The Sims 2 and 3 was you never got to see the burglar. In the Sims 1 burglars pretty much always came unless you had a burglar alarm, but when 2 came out, EA figured we didn't want to see burglars anymore, yet they added a bunch of cool functions to it, like apprehending them and all. Well EA added even more functions to burglars in The Sims 3, but still the percentage was just too low (0.25%) That's not even one percent! In all my time playing The Sims 3 I never once even saw a burglar until I put in my mod. This mod will increase the chances that a burglar will come to your house after everyone is asleep for a few hours. When I was searching the internet to see if this mod had been made before, I came across a lot of cool mods having to do with burglars, but never one that would increase your chances of getting one. I've searched everywhere I know to look, and couldn't find one, though it's possible one has been made before. This is my version of this mod. Also, about the cheat force NPC, that is different than this. That will spawn a burglar at will, this controls the percentage the burglar will show up every night.

This is a global mod that effects all burglars in all worlds.

Only use one of these together at a time!
