A modern house on a multilevel lot which was flat to begin with, Skyline Highway has plenty of space for a family, yet it's not too big for a single career person. The house includes a garage which of course is for looks only, but the driveway should be the right size for a real one with the right ep. I don't think the garage door will work though because I had to use the cfe cheat and there may be a level problem with the door. The garage is accessible from the house and could easily be converted for some other use, such as a large bedroom with private entrance. The house has a nice front deck off the kitchen which is convenient for parties (my sim put a buffet table out there). The house also has a private jacuzzi in the back.
