The mesh hair of the Sims2 game have a lower quality than Sims3, therefore becomes very difficult to get a great quality, I tried to do the best I knew to gets the best possible but you are free to criticize and try to do better so whosoever want can try improve this hair or even only retexture.
In some Sims you can see the ears on the outside of the hair, but I chose to leave like that because when I tried to fix the hair was far away from the face and was quite strange.
This is available for children both genders and in one separated folder teen to Elder for female and male.
