This is my first upload in a while. It's my take on a modern art gallery, the building itself is a piece of art. Inside is a lot of objects heavily modified to resemble modern art, there are also some items you can't normally buy unless you cheat. There are a total of 9 rooms (4 bathrooms, 2 exhibits, the upper and lower floors of the lobby and a piece of art I like to call the "Star Room") and the lot size is 22x24.

There are a few bugs though, the sims on the lot do not seem to go upstairs, they normally remain downstairs. If you're the one who expects your lot to be fully used then expect the upstairs to be emptier then a desert, there may be some artifacts on the building itself but it's no big deal as the inside is the big attraction. Also this building requires all of the EP's and SP's listed below plus the new Fast-Lane Stuff, I'm mentioning this because it's not selectable as an item. Also this was supposed to come with art that my sim painted but I could not figure out how to make it save with the lot, you'll have to get your Sim painting if you want to have some paintings in this museum.
