Noble Pine estate is a four story luxurious house with plenty of room and lots of stuff to do for your wealthy sims
There are seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms in this house.
It comes fully furnished and decorated with all skill building objects, alarm and phone. No CC nedeed.


Play tested for a couple of sim days without any problems.


First floor features:

It's been brought to my attention by sims2ultralover5 that if you install the house without downloading the Visible Ceiling Tiles Version 3.0 by jgwhiteus the ceiling may become hundreds and hundreds of hanging flowers.
I'm terribly sorry if this caused problems. I checked it with Clean Installer and thought it was fine but obviously...
