Here is a little cottage inspired by an idea from my friend Guardgian to build a house all decorated for the holidays! This house has "cozy" living, dining, kitchen, and little guest bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms and bath upstairs. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, tall enough for a fabulous fir tree cut from the nearby hills. Gather the family around the fireplace and celebrate!
