I found this blueprint online and I thought it was pretty neat, so I gave it a go, and I hope you like the outcome! This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 whole bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is 3 stories including the basement/garage.

The lot was kind of tricky. You'll have to add one with the World Editor tool, and there is a screenshot showing where I decided to put mine. Because of this odd location, there is going to be a gap between the driveway and sidewalk, but it's nothing too crazy. If it doesn't bother me, I doubt it'll bother you. I also changed the color scheme of the outside of the house, because I couldn't quite get the colors correct, so I went with more neutral colors, rather than the sage and beige colors from the blueprint.
