Suburban living is a spacious home for a wealthy family. Interior of the house is very harmonious with neutral colors and expensive furniture. The exterior is inviting with rich flowerbeds and decorative fountains.

Entering the house brings you to a foyer that leads to kitchen on the right, livingroom on the left, and a hall ahead. Diningroom is behind the kitchen and accessible from both the kitchen and the hall. You can also enter the garage from the kitchen.

There are also a big bathroom and a laundry room on the first floor.

From the hall you can climb up the stairs to second floor, where you first enter a hall with a fireplace and seating. In your left are the balcony with chess table, and the teen-/guest bedroom. On the right are the second floor bathroom and the master suite with a separate study and bedroom.

At the back of the house is a relaxation area with a pool and BBQ, that can be accessed from either the back door at the first floor hall, or going around the house on the outside.

The house is not made for a young couple with small kids, but rather to an older couple who may still have a teenager at home. The second bedroom can also be used as guest room, if the house is inhabited with fewer sims.
