Light It Up - Furnished/Unfurnished Renovated Lighthouse

G'day simmers =) Someone (sorry forgot who) mentioned they would like a Lighthouse house so I had a go at making one. A little hard given the inability to make curvy walls but I think it came out ok and is more of a modern style.

Light It Up features 5 floors of living space perched on top of a granite outcropping *somewhere* in the ocean, plus the light area at the top, The floors are all connected using Stealth Stairs (as per SimMasterRalph's tutes ty!) to save valuable space. The two spare/childrens rooms I have left unfurnished but the rest of the house is decorated in the colours of the sea. Outside is a small L-shaped pool, inground spa, childrens swings and sand box and a BBQ area. A fence surrounds the rock to ensure your Sims do not go plummeting over the edge into the deep blue =D Entrance to the house is by way of the boat dock and up the staircases through the rock outcroppings.

Cost is approx $130k and has been loving made HACK FREE with S2CPI.


Once again I have divided the files:

LightItUp-REPACK.rar : contains the lot file, walls, floors, terrains and build objects. Install as per usual method

LightItUp-Objects.rar : contains all the recolours and new meshes I have used in the lot, these are segregated into Maxis conforming subfolders. Install these to your downloads folder if you wish to utilise the furnishings I have placed. =)

I use only free objects/recolours and thanks everyone for their gorgeous work and of course if anyone has a problem with me using their stuff, please contact me via pm.
