Welcome to my Upload. Since i found a bit time for the Sims, i built something new i want to share with you all. I tryed out the new Apartment Stuff from late Night and this is the result Maybe somebody knows that iam a big fan of trashy and apocalyptic lots, because this is another one.

In this building are 9 units for NPC's to live. there are 2 NPC units on the 1st floor and 7 on the 2nd. The 3rd and 4th Floor are invisible. The last (5th) Floor is reserved for your sims to live =) The Apartment has 2 Bedrooms, especially built for a small family with one child. Yes, this old factory bulding is Family friendly, look at the playground! maybe you should get a tetanus shot before let the kids play there =D

Update Feb, 14th: Uploaded a new Seasons Version, a little improved but basically the same . Old file deleted
