The Orange Crossing (I couldn't think of a better name XD) is a 2 bedroom house that is meant for 4 sims.





Exceptions to CC and/or expansions or stuff packs!


- You do not need the piece of CC. All you'd be missing is a painting
- You do not need HELS. I think all I used was a painting for that as well.
- You do not need WA. All I used was a painting and I believe some plants.
- I Recommend having LN but it's not required. You just wouldn't have a plant, a keyboard nor bass. I think that's it.

You MUST HAVE Ambitions and Generations unless you want no staircases, hardly any lights, no washer and dryer, no couch, no cabinets and... you get the point.

Price is $110,298 furnished and $71,567 unfurnished.
