Credit to Miche, Delphy, and Wes for creating the mesh tools needed to allow me to do this.

To install :
Unzip the .package files into
...\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims2\Downloads\

Includes mesh and three outfits

The mesh will NOT show up in Bodyshop unless you have one of the skin file in your downloads folder as well as the mesh file.

You may use the mesh for making your own skins, under these conditions:

You MUST include the mesh file if you distribute your skins for it, they will not work without it.

The mesh file is the one named: "MESH_DrPixelSplitSkirt021605.package"

You MUST NOT rename the mesh package, or alter it in any way.

Do NOT re-distribute the skin files.
