You know Scooby-Doo has a special collar and also I made it too ...
I don't find a section for pet accessories, so I included the collar in the download file



HOW TO INSTALL:

Unrar and :
Save the *.sim into your Saved Sims folder found in ...\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saved Sims
Save the *.package into your Packages folder found in ...\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages
