New Cat Collars -- Fish, Paws, and Hearts Theme - recolors/retextures

I just thought we needed some more cat collars (don't we always need MORE?!) so I made these and thought I would share. You have your choices of paws, fish, and hearts.

They are found under accessories

They are, course, recolorable (3 channels). The imprinted design on the collar, the band, and the metal are each separately recolorable . Enjoy!

You need the PETS expansion of course, and my game is patched so I made it with that installed. Don't know if you NEED to be patched but letting you know just in case!
