This is my second attempt to create a neighborhood using SimCity 4
Volcano Island is a island in the middle of nowhere. As always, The build-able area is mostly flat. Perfect for building a castaway neighborhood or whatever you like
PS: Neighborhood Decoration not Included!
To install, just extract to your Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains folder.Don't forget to comment and, click the thanks button.
