Maple House with Annexe (Apartments)


Did your elder need to live nearby? Did you need them to live nearby to help with the babysitting? Well here’s your answer a house with an annexe suitable for Granny!

In the UK sometimes people convert part of their home to be a separate house for an elderly relative, so this is what I've built - a granny annexe in the converted garage!

Main House

The main house has three bedrooms, two are upstairs and the third is on the ground floor. There are three bathrooms, one en suite to the master bedroom. There is an office space at the top of the stairs. Downstairs there is a spacious hallway leading to the lounge and kitchen diner, doors lead out onto the patio and prettily landscaped garden. There is a swing set in the garden for the children to play on. In the front garden the driveway has been retained.

Annexe
The annexe has been converted into a small self-contained apartment from the garage. It has an open plan living area and an en suite double bedroom. Tastefully decorated in muted tones to suit an older person. The garden has a relaxing patio area with a pretty little garden. There is a small veggie patch for growing your own.
