After finishing my previous project of Hogwarts, I got into the mood of building eastern stuff again. Actually first I was about to build an European monastery but then I saw some pictures of Chinese ones and I couldn't resist trying to build one of my own. Some pictures from google were used as a source of inspiration but the monastery doesn't represent any existing monastery in real life.

The Dragon's nest monastery is a building complex that consists of six separated buildings. In the buildings there are a total of twelve accessable rooms. The rooms are furnished in a traditional Chinese style and apart from a fire alarm next to the stove, none modern appliances are included. The ideal amount of sims living on the lot is four, since there are three bedrooms (one with double bed) and two bathrooms on the lot.
