After an annual poll left the Sunset Valley local government as the least liked in the entire nation for the fifth year in a row, they decided that things needed to change. Renovations of many public facilities were commissioned, with budgets that would leave them in deficit for decades to come. Robert Knight was just an ordinary Sim whose dying wish was to have a library named after him. This is that library, part three of Sunset Valley's community renovation project, designed by Robert's brother's child, who quite liked Uncle Robert and remembered this wish.

Knight Regional Library includes plenty of seating and bookcases indoors, as well as a kid's room with plenty of toys and entertainment; a formal 'meeting' room; a minifridge and two large tables; male and female toilets and a garden/outdoors reading and relaxation area in the centre of the building.
It fits on the space where the old Sunset Valley library was located, next to the police station.

No custom content has been used in this lot.
All objects have been tested for accessibility and usability.
You can run this lot without the expansions and stuff packs I have listed as required, however the furnishings will not look the same as objects you do not have will be replaced by similar ones from games you do have.
