Glimmer is the female tribute from District 1, although it is unknown if she volunteered or was reaped in the games. Glimmer took part of the tribute parade along with her district partner, Marvel and was dressed in lavish clothes representing her district's export which is luxury goods. She is described as being lush and sexy, wearing a gold, provocative dress in her interview with Caesar Flickerman. (Book) She seems to have some knowledge of archery.
