Perfect Garden Home

Welcome to the home of Perfecta Gardenor, clone/daughter of Lotta Gardenor. Between the two of them, they have created a home garden that has nothing but absolutely perfect plants for your perusal! Anyone can pick plants from this garden, and in fact, it's an awesome way to quickly raise your gardening skill. I have a copy of this lot in all of my hoods and it's the best way to pick up fruits and veggies for your home cooks.

30X20 Home Lot
Has 1 PERFECT PLANT of every plant in the Base Game, LN and WA. I do not have Showtime so bananas are not included.
Money, Death and Life Plants are in this garden.
Even has a Perfect Omni Plant in the Yard, perfect for faithfully duplicating anything your Sim Heart's Desire.

The white picket fence is already locked to prevent pet intrusions; there should be no horses nibbling on carrots in this garden. If you don't have Pets then you won't have any issues.

The home itself has objects from the Base Game and WA. There are a few decorative objects from Generations, but if you don't have that game then you should still be able to download this house -the game will substitute an equivalent or just leave the item out. I would NOT recommend downloading it unless you have at least WA. You may be abe to download without LN; the only plant from that expansion is the Plasma Fruit plant.

It is a one bedroom home with a large central living room, small kitchen and bath. Everything inside works; this home has been tested and Sims are able to interact with all objects as needed.

And even better, there is a chest from China inside that includes oodles of perfect harvestables. There are even a few goodies inside. And while Perfecta has moved on to bigger and better things, Lotta may still be lingering around. The home itself costs $50, 787 to purchase in game. Keep in mind that if you purchase the Unfurnished version, even the plants will be gone from the lot. If your Sim can't afford the home, just put a version in the hood and let them garden from it.
