I had problems building this as both bedrooms are in the roof, as is the main bathroom. However, it's been tested and is 100% playable.

There's a ton of room outside for a garage or anything else you want to add. Downstairs is more than large enough to add more bedrooms if you wanted to make this into a real family home.
