Default replacement of ambodyravetanktopbaggy.
This will completely replace the old mesh and textures (one file replaces all three outfits, mesh by aikea guinea included). The mesh has a fat morph.
For adult/YA males. Requires Nightlife.
File compressed with jfade's Compressorizer.

Edit:
I have added a non-default version. This version does NOT require Nightlife (Base Game compatible) but you will need the mesh from Club Crimsyn: Male Clothes > Page 7 > AM_Body_UntuckedTeeBootcutJeans (MESH_aikea_guinea-AM_Body_UntuckedTeeBootcutJeans-011909.package)
