If your sims are ready to take on a huge estate with hedge maze and numerous other gardening nightmares, they will enjoy this old historic mansion with servants' quarters or guesthouse and two stall stable. (Horses are not included in this download). The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and the guesthouse has one bedroom and bath. First floor includes study, morning room, kitchen, and formal dining. While the Bennet family, previous owners, didn't have children, your sims will have plenty of room for theirs and should be able to get them into private school with the right amount of schmoozing. Though this is a big lot with lots of trees, it plays easily since it's base game only. Let your sims roam around to their hearts content.
