Mootilda unfortunately passed away in September of 2014. They were a respected member of the community and contributed to the Simming community for many years.

This simple mod will turn on all of the lights on your unoccupied lot. Illuminating your lot will allow you to ensure that you have adequate lighting while building, to see better while decorating, and to take better pictures of your lot.

To use, just choose the object (a blue box with a picture of a lightbulb) from Misc / Misc in the Buy menu and the lights will come on. Once the lights are on, you can delete the object.

By request, I have added a similar object which will turn off all of the lights on your lot. Select the object (a black box with a picture of a lightbulb) from Misc / Misc in the Buy menu and the lights will go off. Once the lights are off, you can delete the object.

Please note that this mod will not work properly for the base game, but requires at least one EP or SP. However, it does not require any specific EP, so I've marked it as base-game compatibility.
