This is an executive home with a Modern Victorian exterior and Modern Traditional look on the inside. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 baths - one of which also serves as the laundry room. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the 2nd floor, along with a small study/office area that overlooks the side yard, pond, and patio. (I have included a cc-free lot for those who do not want any custom content.)



The great room is on the 1st floor and includes the sitting area (living room), dining room, and gourmet kitchen, with a split staircase to the ground floor. It also has a small porch on the back side to the pool and garden area.


A spiral staircase is hidden to the side of the split staircase that descends to the ground floor where bedroom 3 and the 3rd bath/laundry area are, along with the family or TV room.


This lot has a pool, working garden, fruit trees, a stocked pond, carport, and professional landscaping to complete this lot.




This lot is based on Round 2 of Qbie's challenge earlier this year. This is a completely different build from "The Safe House", but I started with the same original footprint to see what else I could create from the foundation Qbie had us use for our entries. I have to say again, a BIG thank you to Qbie for the challenge because it pushed me to see what I could do creatively, and a BIG thank you to all the contestants of that challenge for the encouragement, help, and showing me just how creative I could be if I push myself.
