Micro-Modern is the first in our line of Micro Cottages, perfect for those looking to remain eco-friendly, taking up as little space as possible, while maintaining comfort and high specifications. Our Micro Cottages go well into busy towns and cities as they fit into the smaller lots which can fit between other buildings where most houses can't.

Micro-Modern is the perfect batchelor/batchelorette pad. With one bedroom and a single bed inside, this house suits the single life perfectly. The house comes with an available car port and a balcony as well.

The Ground Floor comprises the following spaces:

  • Garden
  • Kitchen with breakfast bar
  • Study with desk, laptop and bookshelf



The First Floor is setup as follows:

  • Lounge area with high spec TV and gaming system
