Hi i am Hannes16 with my 1st house over sea water now i dont have Island Paradise sadly i don't but i will get it somehow.
I realy love this house one of my best yet to be build love the living/TV room a higher cieling bigger windows looks amazing.
The pool i now werry wierd i just love that it is build in osean water so now u can swim verry close to the pool or osean windows seperating the pool and the osean a realy cool way to build and it was fun to build like this.
The house from the back looks like a one story just an intresting way to build as well as the pool area still on a foundation but lower.
I now there is a boat parking space for one reason if u have Island Paradise just place a boat there.
This house is build in Sunset Valley a lot i placed myself i included i picture at the end of all the pictures up top where u must place for the house to work in the pictures there is more trees they are not part of the lot they are part of the neighborhood just go to edit town mode and place them but make syre u place the lot exacley how the arrows in the image show how otherwise the house would not be right.

Warning Build\Buy mode there is white sircles all ow\ver the lot and sqares they are light efects from Buydebug.
