"Gibs" Hair Unlocked + Spawnable

I always liked this hairstyle, especially on children and teens. I have no idea why it was hidden, let alone that it eventually disappeared from the catalog altogether. Well, now it's back!

Using SimPe, I tracked down its property sets for the various colors and ages, verified they were family linked, and flagged each as a normal, unhidden, spawnable ("townified") hairstyle.

The "Gibs" hair is by EA/Maxis.

~For child, teen, young adult, adult, and elder males.
~Can be worn with all outfits, including Outerwear.
~Displays near the end of the catalog.
~File compressed with jfade's Compressorizer.
