Inspired by the beaches of South Carolina, this mansion includes 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms spanning 3 complete floors and a garage level.

The house features wrap-around porches, a screened in porch, turreted roofs, grand staircase, 2 car garage, and an ample poolside area.

Amenities include: game room, pool, sauna, office, study, and exercise room.
Estimated square footage: 9,000 ft. sq.

I built this house over the course of the last year. It's the largest house I've ever built (it takes a Sim 30 minutes to reach the top floor). There are 3 custom staircases that cause wonky building physics, but the staircases are all functional. I have tried to make them look as natural as possible. The garage is built into the foundation of the building. Most expansion pack and custom content (outlined below) are decorative and should not cause too many problems. The windows from QBUILDERZ, The Regal Sim, and HugeLunatic, lemoncandy's glass door, and the DIY curtain set from chasmchronical are all required. I've had a lot of fun building this house and I hope you enjoy it!
