Cactus Cottage: A cosy cabin perfect for young families.

Hello! I've recently been working on some "cookie cutter" houses for my desert neighbourhood (that can be copied and pasted to make a street). It is based on this floorplan, and as you can see it is fairly accurate!

There is both a furnished and unfurnished version of this house. The unfurnished version includes minimal bathroom and kitchen fittings (just as you'd expect in a new house) and the furnished version is fully decorated with no CC, to reduce file bloat. I have play-tested both versions.

Here's the front of the house. The porch looks out onto the road. I find visitors like to sit on the bench and read my newspaper.


Out back there's plenty of room to sunbath and watch the wildlife, just don't get too close to those cacti!


The ground floor is very much open plan. Just off the kitchen is the dining area, which seats four.


Who needs a TV when you've got a cosy fire to cuddle up in front of...

I've been an avid builder for a while, but this is my first upload (and what a task it was!) so if anything is awry I would really appreciate you letting me know. This lot has been cleaned in Sims2Pack Clean Installer (for your pleasure).
