Today Sjader and I present Callaway Ranch, a sprawling Spanish style house with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, family sized living and dining, study, kitchen with breakfast nook, music alcove, detached garage, and inviting pool. Your Sim family will live and grow in casual comfort in this western house filled with warm area rugs, hardwood floors, and heavy dark wood "beams".

In my game, I plan to expand this lot using Mootilda's lot adjuster and build covered stalls and a corral along with fenced pasture land. I will stock my stalls with some of the many beautiful horses available here. Can't wait!
