It's time for something modern again. This is a simple modern house with 2 reception rooms and kitchen/diner. It has 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.



Upstairs it has a playroom for the kids with a desk and a 3 seater, with a creative table for kids on a big rug.



The house goes in blue and grey with some additional colors on the main floor. It should make it a bit more uniform.



The kitchen is a bit more funky with pink chairs and a big windows towards the backyard. The kitchen also has it's own entrance to another backyard on the side of the house.

I installed a sprinkler system in this house, and with the oldfashioned roof on top it should hopefully work for you.
