I made this yesterday. It's on my blog, but it doesn't hurt to post it on MTS as well. I find that our sims are seriously lacking in athletic wear, so I do plan to make more. This is the first athletic suit I came up with. It's a recolor of the Maxis original, however it features a cute whale pattern. This is for your teen through elder female sims. If you have any problems, let me know. Otherwise, have fun!
