Ol' Ted was born and raised in this house by a maiden aunt, and that place hasn't changed much since then. In fact it hasn't changed much since the town was first built.

Ol' Ted is ancient now. In his lifetime he never believed in having toilets inside the house, electricity, bathing and eventually he gave up driving his beat up old car that stands rusting in his driveway.

His bathroom is outside, his fridge in on the porch and there are nothing fancy here. He made a living as a sculptor (the bench is in the shed) and by generally being tightfisted. There has been what seems to be a natural spring on Ted's property for years, water comes up from the ground on the driveway, but Ted was too mean to look into the potential for bottled Spring Water in a desert ....

However if you've got room in your neighborhood for a slightly run down, one room living house with outdoor plumbing, a rustbucket on the drive and a curious water leak in the front garden. Go ahead.
