"Eternal Youth" and "Immortal" buyable traits

This mod adds two new buyable traits to the game:

Name: Eternal Youth
Description: Sims with this trait are immune to time, but nothing prevents the Grim Reaper takes them in other ways.
Price: 6000

Name: Immortal
Description: Sims with this trait have the name removed from the dreaded Grim Reaper tablet, but continue aging until they become elderly.
Price: 8000
