For a modern look to your Sims houses, I present the AP Mowed lawns. These lawns can sure come in handy in beautifying your Sims homes and neighborhoods.

Some of these lawns are from my AP Lawns . I added other new variants to make a total of 10 mowed lawns.








There are a total of 11 zip Files attached. Since sometimes we may not want all the lawn in the game or might not like a particular one, the option exists to choose which we want. Go through the attached images and decide on the one you want. The last number on each lawn image corresponds to the last number on each zip file (Eg Image Lawn is AP_Mowed Lawn, Image Lawn2 represents Ap_Mowed Lawn_2 etc). If at the end you want to have all of them, then please download the AP_Mowed Lawn_All which is a merged version of all the lawns combined.

The lawns are under the Grass and Flowers category of terrain paints and each costs 2 Simleons per square tile



They do not over ride any terrain paint and are all stand alone.
