It was honestly pure coincidence that I managed to finish this house up yesterday, and today it turns out that the monthly theme is beach related. I built this on Sunlit Tides, and sort of with that neighborhood in mind, but I'm sure it'll look good on any sort of islandy, beachy neighborhood.

The architecture is a bit different, but it works, and the house is completely cc free. On the main floor is the entrance and a small living area.


The second floor has the dining room and kitchen, and a ladder that leads to the top floor.


And finally, the top floor has the bedroom and bathroom.


The yard is fully fenced in, minus the car park (the car is included in the lot, as well as a bicycle on a bike rack), and the backyard has a swimming pool complete with a poolside bar.

for some reason if it doesn't show up, just be aware you'll need island paradise for a lot of the wallpaper and some furnishings, namely the poolside bar
