Vanessa Ferlito
Italian-american actress born in 1980 in NY. She is known for her roles in tv shows such as 24, CSI:NY and Graceland. She also appeared in several movies (see quick list below). Her mother and stepfather own a hair salon in Brooklyn. She is a single mother since 2007.

CSI:NY - Aiden Burn
Keep dreaming, Messer. I mean, you're cute, but I'm way out of your league.

Aiden Burn is part of the CSI:NY team from the first episode of the series, and disappears early in Season 2 after "certain events". She reappears during one episode near the end of that same season for the second part of those "events". Not gonna spoil you. It's good. :P

Miss Burn has a high opinion of herself and doesn't hesitate to put Detective Danny Messer back to his place after he tried flirting with her.
