This mod contains a harvestable Coconut Palm that produces Coconuts. You can directly drink the Coconut Water, or use the Coconut as ingredient for two new recipes Chocolate Coconut Cookies and Coconut Muffins.

Additional Information:
- The Palm randomly drops Coconuts for consume.
- You can buy Coconuts from the Grocery Store too.
- The Coconut Water hydrates the Mermaid [Island Paradise EP] and PlantSim [University EP], and reduces the Temperature.
- The Palm produces better quality coconuts on the Beach (+10%) or during the Summer (+10%) [Seasons EP].

Known Issues:
- To make the Coconut's "Plant" interaction available, you need to add the fruit inside the sims's inventory.
