Background:
Halamshiral was built by the elves at the end of The Long Walk in the Ancient Age, its name meaning "the end of the journey" in the elven language. It was built just off the Imperial Highway so that elves from all corners of the world could find it easily by simply following the Highway. The city was under elven control for nearly 400 years.
During the Exalted March against the Dales the city was conquered by Orlais.

Lot details:
Now I present you an aristocratic Villa at Halamshiral!
The lot comes with three floors and one basement.
The first floor is the main living area with the huge diningroom, kitchen, barroom und wintergarden.
The second floor has two empty rooms and a little library.
The whole third floor is the masterbedroom which comes with a seperate bathroom and reading room.
You must have a look at the two beautiful balconys!
