Originally built for my womanizing doctor, Metro Modern is a great home for your single guys who love entertaining! (Of course, girls or couples could live there too if you wish )



The main entry to the house is on the second floor. Which (hopefully) makes the ground floor seem more like a walk out basement.

It has one (large) bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms (one being an en suite).

Bedroom and en suite are on the 3rd floor, with a private patio.



2nd (entry) floor has kitchen, dining and half bath



And the ground floor has living room, bar, game table and 2nd full bath
