First and foremost, I want to immediately credit Maclimes aka on MTS as MaclimesZero. This mod is just an updated version of a mod he created and that I had to dig around the internet to find (he posted it to the comments section of a reddit thread, intending to later post it to his tumblr or to MTS, I don't know why he didn't, but nothing suggests he didn't want it shared, and he doesn't have a TOU stating not to share his content).

When I tried to apply the original mod in my game, it didn't show (probably because the mod was from before the 'great mod breaking' that happened around GTW or whatever, I wasn't around for that, so I'm not entirely sure). So I exported the .dds meshes into a new tattoo, set it to be unisex, applied it to the chest tattoo 'zone', and fixed up the tags (it's set not to be Allowed for Random).

The item can be found under tattoos in the CAS for Teens-Elders (of either sex), and it includes both a 'matte' style and a glowing version (which is why I felt it should be updated and reposted, as there are other Fenris tattoos out there, but this is the only one I know of with a glowing variant).
