Hello all,

I found some time to start play S4 again, and new world Windenburg is really great.
I start rebuild the whole world for my new sims family .
My first rebuild is The Coffee shop, it is inspired by gypsy caravan - so it is full of color.

Base lot information:
Lot type: Coffee shop
Size: 20x20
Furnished: fully
Stories: 1

Movie Hangout

Installation:
Unzip the files and put all from "Tray" into your TRAY folder and all from "Mods" into your MODS folder.
You need to download CC items if you want the same look of lot as you see on pictures.
(List of all CC items with the name of the creators is on the end of the post).
(don't forget to check "include custom content" button in gallery, I also recommend activate cheat "bb.moveobjects on" before put a lot)
