This little unfurnished house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath - all on one floor for easy gameplay. It has a garage and a tiny pool in the back.

The inspiration for this house came from Drummond pre-fab house factory.

I was also inspired by plasticboxs collection: Newbie Road (for The Sims 2). I downloaded all his small houses and was delighted to make them my own.
