This is a small, but spacious, dorm that will become home to six of your deserving student Sims. It has two (unisex) bathrooms, dining room/cafeteria, T.V. room with sofa, dance area, study room/library, outdoor gathering place and two elevators. Each room is equipped with a bed, bookcase, desk and computer, comfy living chair and t.v., and stereo and alarm clock. There is some remaining open yard space for the player to add something additional - such as exercise equipment - or a hot tub!


This lot requires the University EP - Built in a vanilla neighbourhood, this dormatory has never been played.
