This was a lot I made for the 'Build a Resort' contest.
This is on a beach lot, last pic shows where I had it placed, which is on a clear map, with beach front locations. (its not placed on Twiiki Island, but you can if you so wish)

Please note

As this was for a deco contest not everything is working, as with other contest lots I have no wish to make them working as I am never going to use them. I believe the pontoon dosnt work, though maybe if you use move objects on and place a sim on there they might slide down into the water, but I wouldnt count on it!

The weird looking thing beside the bbq area is supposed to be a flying fox, looks a bit strange as I didnt want to use any cc, so that is done to the best of my ability using what I could come up with from the game.

Im pretty sure the showers work, if not take off the gates and they will.

The lot is zoned for community, so when you go into it the cars will not be there and the surf boards will be magically floating in mid air

The life guard chair cannot be used

Fire alarms are near the bbqs, alot of amateurs are on holiday at the beach never know when they can come in handy!

Nice little Cafe to sit and have a coffee and some cake while you enjoy the fresh sea air

Toilet facilities

Plenty of outdoor lighting to enjoy at night time.
